Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping Policy
Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Every order is packaged with care and handled personally by me, not a large warehouse team. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the current season of life, order volume, holidays, and family responsibilities.
Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered, though many orders may arrive sooner.
A few things to note:
- Processing times are separate from shipping carrier transit times.
- Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
- Delays caused by the postal carrier are unfortunately outside of my control.
- I truly appreciate your patience and support for handmade/small-shop businesses.
I’m deeply grateful for every single order and do my best to get your package to you as quickly as possible while still maintaining the quality and care your order deserves.

How much does shipping cost for U.S. customers?
Shipping costs anywhere from $8-$15 depending on the weight of your items.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes, we are happy to serve international customers as well. Please keep in mind that international shipping is more expensive. Ranging from about $10-$30.
Orders
Can I cancel / edit my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please read all product details and inspect photos carefully before purchasing.
However, if you need to edit your order (new shipping address, request to hold, etc.), please DM us on instagram as soon as possible and we can make those changes.
How can I use my coupon code?
Once you have all desired items in your cart, click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. On the checkout page, there will be a ‘PROMO CODE’ field. Enter your promo code in this box and hit ‘APPLY’.
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
What if I received a flawed item?
Natural wear is normal for secondhand items. All major flaws will be pointed out in the items description, but please keep in mind that there may be minor imperfections on the garment.
We do our best to inspect each item closely + point out any flaws in the product description as well as providing photos.
However, if we missed a significant flaw (we’re human!), please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll be happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience.
Measurements
Should I know my measurements for online shopping?
Yes! Please check the measurements before you purchase to ensure it’s the best fit for you. I list measurements for each item in the description. Measurements for tops include ptp (pit to pit) and length. Measurements for bottoms include waist, rise, inseam, and hip.

Measurement Guide
To get your best measurements I recommend measuring your favorite pair of jeans/shirt. With that being said, you don’t have to buy items with your exact measurements. It’s totally up to you and how you prefer your clothes to fit. For example, if you’re a small but love a baggy look you wouldn’t use your exact measurements, you would size up a bit!
